为系统研究级配变化对水泥乳化沥青混合料性能的影响,进行马歇尔稳定度试验、低温劈裂试验、肯塔堡飞散试验以及车辙试验,分析了水泥乳化沥青混合料3种级配结构形态的路用性能及细集料和粗集料组成对混合料性能的影响规律。结果表明:悬浮密实结构更有利于发挥水泥乳化沥青混合料路用性能;水泥乳化沥青混合料性能对于细集料级配的变化敏感,随着细料组成部分变粗,混合料的马歇尔稳定度、劈裂强度及抗剪强度均有不同程度降低,而飞散损失则增大。在保证水稳定性满足要求的情况下,增大细集料含量有利于提高混合料性能。

In order to invistigate the influence of graduation on the performance of cement emulsified asphalt mixture , a systematic research , such as Marshall stability , low temperature splitting , Cant-abro and rutting tests , was conducted to analyze the pavement performance of the mixtures of three typical graduation structures and the influence of fine and coarse aggregates on the performance of the mixtures.The results showed that the suspension dense structure benefited the pavement per -formance of the cement emulsified asphalt mixture and the performance of cement emulsified asphalt mixture is sensitive to the graduation of fine aggregate .When the fine aggregate became coarse , the Marshall stability , splitting strength and shear resisting strength of the mixture were reduced to differ -ent degrees , while the loss in Cantabro test increases .Under the condition of good water stability , in-creasing fine aggregate content enhences the performance improvement of the mixture .
