为改善橡胶沥青混合料路用性能,分别掺加两种矿物纤维,通过马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、恒定高度重复剪切试验( RSCH)和低温弯曲试验研究矿物纤维改性橡胶沥青混合料水稳定性及高、低温性能。结果表明:矿物纤维使得沥青混合料的最佳油石比变大,空隙率变小;掺量较小(≤0.1%)时,橡胶沥青混合料各方面性能均有所提高;矿物纤维掺量>0.1%时,S纤维导致橡胶沥青混合料的高、低温性能和水稳定性下降。
為改善橡膠瀝青混閤料路用性能,分彆摻加兩種礦物纖維,通過馬歇爾試驗、凍融劈裂試驗、車轍試驗、恆定高度重複剪切試驗( RSCH)和低溫彎麯試驗研究礦物纖維改性橡膠瀝青混閤料水穩定性及高、低溫性能。結果錶明:礦物纖維使得瀝青混閤料的最佳油石比變大,空隙率變小;摻量較小(≤0.1%)時,橡膠瀝青混閤料各方麵性能均有所提高;礦物纖維摻量>0.1%時,S纖維導緻橡膠瀝青混閤料的高、低溫性能和水穩定性下降。
위개선상효력청혼합료로용성능,분별참가량충광물섬유,통과마헐이시험、동융벽렬시험、차철시험、항정고도중복전절시험( RSCH)화저온만곡시험연구광물섬유개성상효력청혼합료수은정성급고、저온성능。결과표명:광물섬유사득력청혼합료적최가유석비변대,공극솔변소;참량교소(≤0.1%)시,상효력청혼합료각방면성능균유소제고;광물섬유참량>0.1%시,S섬유도치상효력청혼합료적고、저온성능화수은정성하강。
In order to improve the road performance , two different kinds of mineral fibers were mixed into rubber asphalt mixture .The Marshall test , freeze-thaw splitting test , rutting test , repeat-ed shear test ( constant height ) ( RSCH ) and cold bending test were conducted to assess the road performance .It was found that the optimum proportion of asphalt mixture were accreted , but the voids were reduced with the mineral fiber mixed in .The mixture that contains ≤0.1% mineral fi-bers show the best road performance .When the mixture contains more fibers (>0.1%) , its high and low temperature properties and water stability were decreased .
