新闻价值就是作为客观发生的，成为新闻材料的事实所具有的某种属性或功能与新闻传播主体即传播者和新闻接受主体即受众的需求是否相一致或接近的关系状态。道德价值就是在一定的社会生活中，一定的道德行为、道德事件和道德现象等是否满足主体（个人或社会共同体）的道德欲望、道德需求和道德理想，是否同主体存在着一种服务关系状态。新闻价值和道德价值的内在统一性可以从价值客体的某种属性或功能的同一性和价值主体的需求或欲望一致性两个维度得以确证。

The value of n ews is a kind of relationship state that whether the functions or characters of news materials occurred objectively as facts is consistent or adjacent with the needs of news transmission subjects or audiences of news spreaders and receivers. The value of morality is a kind of relationship state of service that whether some moral conducts, moral events, and moral phenomenon meet the moral wishes, moral needs, and moral ideals of subjects that are individuals or social communities, or whether this kind of service relationship state exists. The inner unity of news value and moral value can be identified from two kinds of dimensions of the identity of moral objects' functions or characters and the consistency of moral subjects ’ needs or wishes.
