庄子和惠施分别是先秦道家和名家的著名代表人物。在《庄子》中记载了两人的许多辩论和对话，最著名的辩论就是“濠粱之辩”。通过“濠粱之辩”可以看出庄子与惠施哲学思想之差异。具体来讲有三点：“天地一体”与“天地一指”：世界观之差异；“乐”与“知”：认知方式之差异；“逍遥”与“泛爱”：人生哲学之差异。

Hui Shi and Chuang Tse are respectively representatives of the school of Logicians and the school of Taoists in the Pre-Qin period. There are many records of their debates and dialogues in Chuang Tse,the best-known one being the debate at Hao Liang River, which shows the differences in philosophical thinking between the two. To be concrete, there exist three differences between them: firstly,“the universe as a whole” vs.“the universe as one thing”, this shows their difference in world outlook; secondly,“pleasure” vs.“knowledge”, exhibits their difference in cognitive style; thirdly,“happiness” vs.“philanthropy” indicate difference in the philosophy of life.
