目的探讨多元化教学在儿科护士分层级培训中的应用及效果。方法选取我院儿科47名护理人员作为实验组,采取多元化教学分层级培训;将人员结构相同的内科47名护理人员作为对照组,采取统一的理论讲课、操作培训,培训结束后进行对比分析培训效果。结果实验组护理人员理论操作成绩、病情观察能力、护理人员综合素质、沟通交流能力、护士对培训工作的满意度、病陪人员及医师对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组。结论多元化教学能明显提高儿科护士参加培训的积极性和主动性,提高分层级培训的效果。

목적탐토다원화교학재인과호사분층급배훈중적응용급효과。방법선취아원인과47명호리인원작위실험조,채취다원화교학분층급배훈;장인원결구상동적내과47명호리인원작위대조조,채취통일적이론강과、조작배훈,배훈결속후진행대비분석배훈효과。결과실험조호리인원이론조작성적、병정관찰능력、호리인원종합소질、구통교류능력、호사대배훈공작적만의도、병배인원급의사대호리공작만의도명현고우대조조。결론다원화교학능명현제고인과호사삼가배훈적적겁성화주동성,제고분층급배훈적효과。
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of diversified teaching in multi-level training of pediatric nurses .Methods We selected 47 nurses from our hospital's pediatric department as the experimental group , who received diversified teaching in multi-level training .We selected another 47 nurses as the control group from the Department of Internal Medicine with the same personnel structure .The control group received unified theory lectures and operation training .The training effectiveness was compared and analyzed after training .Results In the experimental group , nurses'theory operation performance , illness observation ability , comprehensive quality , communication skills, nurses'satisfaction about the training , and patient attenders'and doctors'satisfaction about nursing work were obviously better than those in the control group .Conclusion The diversified teaching can evidently enhance pediatric nurses'enthusiasm and initiative to take part in training and improve the effectiveness of multi-level training .
