本文以447名员工为对象，采用问卷法研究了工作压力对职场网络偏差行为的影响，并考察了工作意义对上述影响的调节作用。结果表明：角色模糊对网络娱乐和商务交易具有显著的正向预测作用；角色冲突对网络娱乐正向影响显著；角色超载则能显著正向预测网络攻击；职业发展则对网络沟通和网络攻击的正向预测作用都显著。研究还发现，高水平的“使命”定位，不仅减弱了角色模糊对网络娱乐和商务交易的影响，而且减弱了角色超载对网络攻击的影响。

Based on the questionnaire data collected from 447 employees, this study examined the influence of work stress on workplace cyber-deviant behaviors and the moderating effects of the meaning of work. Role ambiguity was found to have significant positive effects on both web-entertainment and business transaction; role conflict was found to have significant positive effects on web-entertainment; role overload was found to have significant positive effects on web-aggression; career-development was found to have significant positive effects on both web-communication and web-aggression. High-calling-orientation was found to significantly weaken not only the influence of role ambiguity on web-entertainment and business transaction, but also the influence of role overload on web-aggression.
