为研究山东省禽源大肠杆菌中产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended-spectrum b-lactamases, ESBLs)的基因型分布及其对头孢类抗生素的耐药性,分别用针对TEM、SHV、OXA-2、OXA-10、CTX-M-1、CTX-M-2、CTX-M-8与CTX-M-9等8个耐药基因的通用引物对118株禽源大肠杆菌进行了PCR检测,并对其进行了5种头孢类抗生素(头孢拉定、头孢哌酮、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、头孢噻呋)的药敏试验。结果表明山东省禽源大肠杆菌对5种头孢类抗生素均产生了较高耐药性(54.24%~81.36%),其产ESBLs的耐药基因携带率达到75.42%(89/118),29.66%(35/118)的菌株携带2种产ESBLs基因,11.86%(14/118)的菌株携带3种产ESBLs基因。山东省禽源大肠杆菌中未检测到SHV、CTX-M-2、CTX-M-8与OXA-10基因,TEM、CTX-M-9、CTX-M-1和OXA-2基因的检出率依次为52.54%(62/118)、37.29%(44/118)、28.00%(33/118)和10.17%(12/118)。

The genotypes of extended-spectrum b-lactamases (ESBLs) of 118 avian E. coli strains isolated from Shandong Province were determined using PCR with special primers designed for TEM, SHV, OXA-10, OXA-2, CTX-M-1, CTX-M-2, CTX-M-8 and CTX-M-9 genes. The resistance to 5 cephalosporins (Cephradine, Cefoperazone, Ceftriaxone, Claforan and Ceftiofu) was also screened in antimicrobial susceptibility test. The results showed that 89 (75.42%) out of 118 E.coli isolates were positive to ESBLs-producing gene and 64 (54.24%) or 96 (81.36%) strains were resistant to 5 cephalosporins, respectively. In addition, 35 isolates (29.66%) were positive to two kinds of ESBLs-producing genes and 14 isolates (11.86%) to three kinds of ESBLs-producing genes. In E.coli isolates tested, the positive rates of TEM, CTX-M-9, CTX-M-1 and OXA-2 genes were 52.54%(62/118), 37.29%(44/118), 28.00%(33/118) and 10.17%(12/118), respectively. Other genes (SHV, CTX-M-2, CTX-M-8 and OXA-10) were not detected.
