对不同季节、不同地区的野生鹿蹄草进行采样,采用表面消毒法及内生真菌选择性培养基,分离菌根中的内生真菌,并通过回接实验筛选能显著促进鹿蹄草生长的高效菌株;通过改变培养时间、培养温度、pH、碳源、氮源等环境条件,研究高效菌株的生物学特性。
對不同季節、不同地區的野生鹿蹄草進行採樣,採用錶麵消毒法及內生真菌選擇性培養基,分離菌根中的內生真菌,併通過迴接實驗篩選能顯著促進鹿蹄草生長的高效菌株;通過改變培養時間、培養溫度、pH、碳源、氮源等環境條件,研究高效菌株的生物學特性。
대불동계절、불동지구적야생록제초진행채양,채용표면소독법급내생진균선택성배양기,분리균근중적내생진균,병통과회접실험사선능현저촉진록제초생장적고효균주;통과개변배양시간、배양온도、pH、탄원、담원등배경조건,연구고효균주적생물학특성。
In this study ,Materials of wild P .calliantha H .Andr were sampled in different seasons and different districts .Endophytic fungi were isolated from surface-disinfected samples by selective media of endophytic fungi ,and high-effective strains capable of significantly promoting the grow th of P .calliantha H .The biological properties of the high-effective strains were studied by changing culture time ,culture temperature ,pH ,carbon sources ,nitrogen sources ,and so on .
