对差压式弯管流量计进行了测量原理分析,理论推导出流量计算公式;采用Fluent软件对水流特性进行了数值模拟,分析了管内流体的压力分布、流场分布、二次流分布规律,探讨了最佳测流截面的选择依据。模拟结果与实际相符,对流量计结构的优化设计具有一定的参考意义。

Measure principle of difference-pressure bend flowmeter was analyzed, the theoretical flux formula were calculated. Flow characteristic was simulated based on fluent software, the distributing laws of pressure, flow and secondary flow were studied, and how to select the best measurement section was discussed. The simulation result was consistent with the practice, and it is help-ful for structure optimization of flowmeter.
