将不同种类的皮革包括鲜皮、蓝皮革和废弃皮革制品的革样分别采用土埋法和土壤培养液法进行降解试验,通过降解率表征供试样品的生物降解性。试验结果表明:土埋法和土壤培养液法中,鲜皮的降解效果最好,而废弃皮革制品的降解性较差;填埋皮革保持原来的所用的土壤中铬含量有所增加,说明皮革中的铬元素在降解过程中有一定的转移;同种类的皮革在水溶液中的皮革降解率较土埋法中的高,且降解时间短。

장불동충류적피혁포괄선피、람피혁화폐기피혁제품적혁양분별채용토매법화토양배양액법진행강해시험,통과강해솔표정공시양품적생물강해성。시험결과표명:토매법화토양배양액법중,선피적강해효과최호,이폐기피혁제품적강해성교차;전매피혁보지원래적소용적토양중락함량유소증가,설명피혁중적락원소재강해과정중유일정적전이;동충류적피혁재수용액중적피혁강해솔교토매법중적고,차강해시간단。
The biodegradability of different kinds of leather including fresh hide ,wet blue and waste leather goods was studied by soil burial method and soil solution method and charac-terized with degradation rate .The results indicated that with both methods the fresh hide showed good biodegradability ,but for waste leather goods it was poor .The chromium con-tent increased in soil for burying leather ,w hich suggested that the chromium had migrated during biodegradation .The degradation rate of the leather with soil solution method was higher than it was in soil burial method ,and the degradation time was also short with the same rate .
