本文探索了不同温度对筒柱藻生长及其理化成分的影响。结果表明:筒柱藻适宜生长温度范围为15~30℃,其中最适生长温度为30℃。筒柱藻在25℃时,叶绿素含量、胞外多糖达到最大值,而胞内蛋白及胞内多糖在30℃培养条件下达到最大值。

Effects of temperature on growth and physiological biochemical compositions of cylindrotheca fusiformis were studied. The results indicated that the optimal growth temperature range for cylindrotheca fusiformis was 15~30℃. The optimal growth temperature under the experimental conditions was 30℃. The contents of the chlorophyll and the extracellular polysaccharide gained maximum level at 25℃, but the intracellular protein and the intracellular polysaccharide gained maximum level at 30℃.
