目的：通过对鼻内镜下鼻中隔手术后应用金霉素眼膏鼻腔换药患者治愈结果的临床观察研究，为临床诊治提供有价值的参考。方法：随机选用年龄相近的鼻内镜下鼻中隔手术后患者65例，其中35例于术后第3天开始应用金霉素眼膏鼻腔换药，将术后换药治愈结果进行统计学分析。结果：65例鼻中隔术者中应用金霉素眼膏行鼻腔换药明显优于生理盐水换药，术后伤口愈合更快，结痂渗血明显减少。结论：鼻中隔术后应用金霉素眼膏行鼻腔换药，可提高术后治愈率，减少并发症发生率，值得临床的推广使用。
목적：통과대비내경하비중격수술후응용금매소안고비강환약환자치유결과적림상관찰연구，위림상진치제공유개치적삼고。방법：수궤선용년령상근적비내경하비중격수술후환자65례，기중35례우술후제3천개시응용금매소안고비강환약，장술후환약치유결과진행통계학분석。결과：65례비중격술자중응용금매소안고행비강환약명현우우생리염수환약，술후상구유합경쾌，결가삼혈명현감소。결론：비중격술후응용금매소안고행비강환약，가제고술후치유솔，감소병발증발생솔，치득림상적추엄사용。
Objective:To nasal endoscopic nasal septum surgery application aureomycin eye ointment treatment in patients with nasal cavity cure clinical observation of the results of research ,and provide valua-ble reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment .Methods:Randomly choose similar age of nasal endoscopic nasal septum surgery patients 65 cases ,among them 35 cases in the third postoperative day application aureo-mycin eye ointment nasal dressing ,the postoperative treatment to cure the results for statistical analysis .Re-sults:In 65 cases of nasal septum performer aureomycin eye ointment treatment is superior to saline nasal cavity treatment ,postoperative wound healing faster ,scabby ooze blood decreased significantly .Conclusion:Nasal septum surgery application aureomycin eye ointment nasal dressing ,can improve the cure rate ,reduce the incidence of complications ,worthy of clinical promotion .
