目的：试图从理论上提出广义刺激生物效应多样性的广义刺激剂量生物效应理论，建立统一广义刺激生物效应理论和理论模型，定量描述和解释广义刺激生物效应的多样性。方法：总结提出广义刺激剂量生物效应理论的6个原理，建立统一剂量广义刺激生物效应理论和理论模型。结果：根据广义刺激生物效应多样性的广义刺激剂量生物效应理论，建立了8个广义刺激剂量生物效应方程，可以定量描述和解释广义刺激生物效应的多样性。结论：建立的广义刺激剂量生物效应理论和理论模型，定量描述和解释广义刺激剂量生物效应：一般损伤效应、低剂量兴奋性效应、旁效应和超敏效应等。该理论和理论模型适用于广义刺激：物理因子（辐射等）、化学因子（毒物等）、生物因子（细菌、病毒等）、心理、药物、毒物、信息等刺激剂量生物效应关系，可称为广义刺激剂量生物效应理论和理论模型，具有重要的学术意义和应用价值。

Objective:T ry to theoretically proposes generalized stimulation of biological effect diversity of generalized stimulation dose biological effect theory ,to establish a unified generalized stimulation of biologi-cal effect theory and the theoretical model ,the quantitative description and explanation of generalized stimu-lation of biological effects of diversity .Methods :Summary of the proposed generalized stimulation dose bio-logical effect theory of 6 principles ,to establish uniform dose generalized stimulation biological effect theory and theoretical model .Results:According to the generalized stimulation of biological effect diversity of gen-eralized stimulation dose biological effect theory ,established 8 generalized stimulation dose biological effect equation ,can be quantitatively describe and explain the diversity biological effects of generalized stimulation . Conclusion:the establishment of the generalized stimulation dose biological effect theory and the theoretical model ,the quantitative description and explanation of generalized stimulation dose biological effects :general damage effect ,low doses of excitatory effect ,side effect and high sensitive effect .The theory and the theory model is applied to generalized stimuli :physical factors ( radiation etc .) ,chemical factors ( toxins etc .) , biological factors( bacteria ,virus etc .) ,psychological ,drugs ,toxins ,information and other stimulus dose biological effect ,can be called generalized stimulation dose biological effect theory and a theoretical model ,it has important academic significance and application value .
