本文阐述了通过优化极弧系数来抑制表贴式永磁发电机齿槽转矩的基本原理,给出了极弧系数的优化设计方法,该方法采用经验系数表示磁极边缘磁通的影响。分别以整数槽(96槽8极)和分数槽(156槽32极)两个表贴式永磁发电机方案为例,对二者的最优极弧系数进行理论预测,并应用有限元法对其进行仿真验证。研究结果表明,两种方案的最优极弧系数理论预测值与有限元仿真结果非常接近,由此表明了该方法的正确性。

The basic principle for reducing cogging torque of surface permanent magnet generator by optimizing pole arc coefficient is presented . The optimal design method of pole arc coefficient is given and the experience factor is used to reflect the impact of fringing flux of pole edges. Based on two designs of integer slots(96 slots 8 poles) and fractional slot(156 slots32 poles) of surface permanent magnet generators, the prediction of optimal pole arc coefficient is made and corresponding FEM simulation is carried out. The results show that the prediction values are very close to the results of FEM simulation, and that shows the validity of the method.
