通过两步阳极氧化法制得氧化铝模板,然后在氧化铝模板的纳米孔洞中,用微波辅助溶胶-凝胶-模板法制备出Ni纳米线。分别用XRD、TEM 和VSM对样品的相成分、显微结构和磁性进行观察和测量。结果表明,Ni纳米线为面心立方结构,氧化铝模板的孔洞分布均匀,Ni纳米线的直径取决于氧化铝模板纳米孔洞的大小。纳米线具有铁磁性,其易磁化轴平行于纳米线的长轴方向。
通過兩步暘極氧化法製得氧化鋁模闆,然後在氧化鋁模闆的納米孔洞中,用微波輔助溶膠-凝膠-模闆法製備齣Ni納米線。分彆用XRD、TEM 和VSM對樣品的相成分、顯微結構和磁性進行觀察和測量。結果錶明,Ni納米線為麵心立方結構,氧化鋁模闆的孔洞分佈均勻,Ni納米線的直徑取決于氧化鋁模闆納米孔洞的大小。納米線具有鐵磁性,其易磁化軸平行于納米線的長軸方嚮。

Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates with a uniform pore diameter were fabricated using a two-step oxidization method. Then, arrays of Ni nanowires were prepared using AAO template by microwave-assisted sol-gel method. The microstructure, morphology of the samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The XRD results suggest that Ni nanowires with a F.C.C structure were successfully synthesized and TEM studies show the diameters of the nanowires is consistent with the pore size of the AAO template, so the diameter of Ni nanowires is determined by pore size of the AAO template. Also, typical ferromagnetic property is investigated in the Ni nanowires,and the easy magnetization axis is along the long axis of Ni nanowires.
