针对现代电子设备对YIG调谐滤波器相位一致性的要求,从工程设计角度分析了影响其相位特性的因素,并总结了通带内相位的变化规律,提出采用YIG调谐带通滤波器多路集成设计实现相位一致性的最佳方案,解决了磁性器件中磁滞、非线性、温漂等关键因素引起的相位特性问题。简要介绍了YIG调谐带通滤波器多路集成设计中多路集成耦合结构、集成磁路及各路精确补偿等重要环节的仿真优化等设计。调谐频率2~6GHz四通道YIG幅相一致性YIG带通滤波器设计结果表明,各通道间相位一致性:±8°,幅度一致性:±1.5dB,满足设计要求。

In order to meet the phase consistency requirements of YIG-tuned filter in modern electronic equipment, factors was analyzed affecting its phase characteristics and the phase variation within passband summarized from perspective of engineering design. Multi-channel integrating design techniques was applied to get optimum solution to phase consistency, solving problems as hysteresis, nonlinearity, drift and other key factors affecting the phase consistency. Simulation optimization design of multi-channel integrated coupling structure, integrated magnetic circuit and precise compensation and other important aspects was introduced in this paper. Four-channel amplitude and phase consistency YIG-tuned band pass filter was designed, with operating frequency of 2 to 6GHz, amplitude consistency of ± 1.5dB, phase consistencyof ± 8 °, meeting the design requirements.
