以Co基非晶带状薄膜为模型,利用Landau-Lifshitz方程求得薄膜在稳恒磁场和交变磁场同时作用下的磁导率张量和有效磁导率,从Maxwell方程组出发求得非晶薄膜的阻抗表达式,进而得到铁磁性非晶薄膜在稳恒磁场和交变磁场同时作用下的阻抗表达式。
以Co基非晶帶狀薄膜為模型,利用Landau-Lifshitz方程求得薄膜在穩恆磁場和交變磁場同時作用下的磁導率張量和有效磁導率,從Maxwell方程組齣髮求得非晶薄膜的阻抗錶達式,進而得到鐵磁性非晶薄膜在穩恆磁場和交變磁場同時作用下的阻抗錶達式。

Based on the theory model for thin Co-based amorphous conductive film, magnetic permeability tensor and effective permeability for thin ferromagnetic amorphous conductive film under applied stability constant magnetic field and alternating magnetic field are obtained by Landau-Lifshitz equation. Impedance expression of this film is solved by Maxwell equation, and resultantly impedance expression of this film under both applied stability constant magnetic field and alternating magnetic field is solved in the end.
