用电弧炉熔炼法制备了PrxTb0.2Dy0.8-xFe1.85C0.05(x=0.1~0.4)合金。分别采用X射线衍射(XRD)、金相显微镜、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和应变仪分析了合金的结构、金相、居里温度和磁致伸缩。研究发现x≥0.2时,合金中出现了RFe3相和稀土相;居里温度随着Pr含量的增加表现为下降趋势;合金Pr0.2Tb0.2Dy0.6Fe1.85C0.05表现出了较为优良的磁致伸缩特性。
用電弧爐鎔煉法製備瞭PrxTb0.2Dy0.8-xFe1.85C0.05(x=0.1~0.4)閤金。分彆採用X射線衍射(XRD)、金相顯微鏡、振動樣品磁彊計(VSM)和應變儀分析瞭閤金的結構、金相、居裏溫度和磁緻伸縮。研究髮現x≥0.2時,閤金中齣現瞭RFe3相和稀土相;居裏溫度隨著Pr含量的增加錶現為下降趨勢;閤金Pr0.2Tb0.2Dy0.6Fe1.85C0.05錶現齣瞭較為優良的磁緻伸縮特性。

PrxTb0.2Dy0.8-xFe1.85C0.05 (x=0.1~0.4) alloys were fabricated by arc-melting method. The structure, metallography, Curie temperature and magnetostriction of alloys were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer and standard strain technique. RFe3 phase and rare earth phase appear when x≥0.2;Curie temperature decreases with increasing Pr content;Pr0.2Tb0.2Dy0.6Fe1.85C0.05 alloy shows good magnetostrictive properties.
