通过6根玄武岩FRP筋混凝土梁与6根钢筋混凝土梁静力加载对比试验,研究不同纵筋配筋率的玄武岩FRP筋混凝土梁与钢筋混凝土梁的受力性能,分析其承载力变化过程、破坏形态、挠度变形与裂缝发展情况。试验结果表明,玄武岩FRP筋混凝土梁载荷-挠度曲线近似为直线,但仍然具有较好的延性;开裂载荷与极限载荷相比钢筋混凝土梁略低;裂缝宽度在2.5 mm以内,且分布对称均匀,裂缝间距略大于钢筋混凝土梁;玄武岩FRP筋混凝土梁产生的挠度较大,应提高玄武岩FRP筋与混凝土之间的粘结性能,最大限度发挥玄武岩FRP筋抗拉强度高的特点。
通過6根玄武巖FRP觔混凝土樑與6根鋼觔混凝土樑靜力加載對比試驗,研究不同縱觔配觔率的玄武巖FRP觔混凝土樑與鋼觔混凝土樑的受力性能,分析其承載力變化過程、破壞形態、撓度變形與裂縫髮展情況。試驗結果錶明,玄武巖FRP觔混凝土樑載荷-撓度麯線近似為直線,但仍然具有較好的延性;開裂載荷與極限載荷相比鋼觔混凝土樑略低;裂縫寬度在2.5 mm以內,且分佈對稱均勻,裂縫間距略大于鋼觔混凝土樑;玄武巖FRP觔混凝土樑產生的撓度較大,應提高玄武巖FRP觔與混凝土之間的粘結性能,最大限度髮揮玄武巖FRP觔抗拉彊度高的特點。

Static loading tests were performed for six basalt FRPs reinforced concrete beams and six reinforced concrete beams. The effects of different longitudinal reinforcement ratios on the mechanical behavior of basalt FRP reinforced concrete beams and reinforced concrete beams were studied. The flexural capacity,failure mode,flexibility deformation and crack distribution were analyzed. The test shows that load-deflection curve of the basalt FRP reinforced concrete beams is almost a straight line,but still performs a better ductility at the late loading stage.Cracking load and ultimate load are lower than that of the reinforced concrete beams, but crack width can be controlled within 2.5 mm,and the crack spacing is wider than that of the reinforced concrete beams. The deflection of the basalt FRP reinforced concrete beam is larger than that of reinforced concrete beams, so better non-peeling basalt FRP tendons should be made to ensure adequate bond strength with the concrete,which can maximize high tensile strength of basalt FRP tendons.
