以云南省十余所高校的贫困大学生为研究对象，以问卷调查和个别访谈为主要研究方法。从过度关注就业与就业中的焦虑心理、就业中的价值取向、对就业的期望值和对造成就业障碍原因的认识等几个方面分析当前云南省边疆民族地区贫困大学生就业思想的现状，并在这个基础上有针对性地提出解决该地区贫困大学生就业难的对策措施：切实转变贫困大学生的就业观念，加强贫困大学生的就业指导工作，增强贫困大学生自身的综合素质和做好贫困大学生就业的心理辅导工作等。
以雲南省十餘所高校的貧睏大學生為研究對象，以問捲調查和箇彆訪談為主要研究方法。從過度關註就業與就業中的焦慮心理、就業中的價值取嚮、對就業的期望值和對造成就業障礙原因的認識等幾箇方麵分析噹前雲南省邊疆民族地區貧睏大學生就業思想的現狀，併在這箇基礎上有針對性地提齣解決該地區貧睏大學生就業難的對策措施：切實轉變貧睏大學生的就業觀唸，加彊貧睏大學生的就業指導工作，增彊貧睏大學生自身的綜閤素質和做好貧睏大學生就業的心理輔導工作等。

This study, using the survey and ifeld interviews, to survey poor students of more than a dozen universities in Yunnan Province, aims to explore the current situation of employment ideas of poor college students in Yunnan ethnic frontier region. The series includes papers on a wide range of topics, such as excessive attention to employment and employment from the anxiety, value orientation of employment, employment expectations and understanding of causes employment obstacle. The paper puts forward the countermeasure to the employment of poor college students in Yunnan multiple ethnic frontier region. These measures include:changing the concept of employment, strengthening employment guidance work, improving comprehensive quality and carrying out employment counseling for poor college students.
