反思是教师专业发展的重要基础,加强师范生反思能力培养已成为促进教师专业发展的必然选择。目前我国职前教师教育在培养目标、课程结构、培养途径等方面都存在明显的“专业化缺陷”,不利于师范生反思性发展。为此,师范院校应积极转变教育观念,确立师范生“完全人”发展的培养目标,调整课程设置,强化反思性实践,培养师范生的反思意识,提升其反思能力和反思品质。

With the further development of theoretical research and practical exploration on teacher development, the cultiva-tion of reflective teachers has become a world consensus in the field of teacher education,and the cultivation of normal students' reflective ability has become the practical approach to promoting their professional development. However, there exist drawbacks in the training objectives, curriculum structures, training approach and teaching styles of the present pre-service teacher education in our country, which is not favorable for promoting normal students' reflective development. Therefore, normal colleges and univer-sities should establish the training objectives of promoting students' “whole person” development, adjust the curriculum, strength-en the reflective practice to cultivate normal students' subjective, professional and reflective awareness, and enhance their ability to reflect.
