Starting from introducing the effects of temperature, light, water, fertilizer and other factors on the growth and development of garlic sprouts ,the pollution-free standardized cultivation techniques of precocious garlic sprouts were elaborated from the following aspects, including cultivation methods, rational close planting, producing environmental, restrictions of chemical inputs and others. The results provided references for pollution-free precocious production of garlic sprouts, and achieving high yield, high quality and efficiency purposes.
