目的：评估人工关节置换术后患者满意度自制调查问卷的有效性、可靠性。方法采用传统的健康调查简表（ SF-36）、牛津髋关节评分（ OHS）、牛津膝关节评分（ OKS）和人工关节置换术后满意度自制新调查问卷等评分量表，对2011年8月至2013年8月128例THA术后患者及42例TKA患者术后满意度进行调查，通过测量Pearson相关系数、组内相关系数、Cronbach′s α系数对新问卷的有效性、可靠性进行验证。结果在短期的术后满意度调查中，自制问卷与SF-36 BP、SF-36 SF、OHS的Pearson相关系数THA患者分别为0.867，0.770，0.837；TKA患者分别为0.995，0.99，0.977。自制问卷的各项得分与总得分的Pearson相关系数THA患者分别为0.848，0.797，0.804，0.822，0.838；TKA患者分别为0.937，0.908，0.911，0.881，0.891。自制问卷组内相关系数分别为0.972，0.983；Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.872，0.944。各项系数比较均有统计学差异（ P＜0.01）。结论与传统问卷相比，自制新简易问卷更简易，其有效性、可靠性符合患者报告结果评估的要求。

Objective To assesss the validity and reliability of a new self-made postoperative satisfaction questionnaire for the patients of the total knee arthroplasty ( TKA) and the total hip arthroplasty (THA).Methods The satisification survey was carried out using the short form 36 (SF-36) score, the Oxford hip Score ( OHS) , the Oxford knee score ( OKS) and the new self-made postoperative satisfaction questionnaire for arthorplasty in 128 THA patients and 42 TKA patients in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013.The data were collected and the differences were analyzed by comparing the Pearson′s correlation coefficient, interclass correlation coefficient and Cronbach′s α coefficient of these questionnaires.Results In the short term postoperative satisfaction survey, the Pearson′s correlation coefficients between the new self-made postoperative satisfaction questionnaire for arthorplasty, and SF-36 BP, SF-36 SF and OHS of the THA patients were 0.867, 0.770, 0.837 respectively, and the corresponding Pearson′s correlation coefficients of the TKA patients were 0.995, 0.99, 0.977 respectively.The Pearson′s correlation coefficients of each item′s score and the total score in the new self-made arthorplasty postoperative satisfaction questionnaire of the THA patients were 0.848, 0.797, 0.804, 0.822, 0.838 respectively, and the corresponding Pearson′s correlation coefficients of the TKA patients were 0.937, 0.908, 0.911, 0.881, 0.891 respectively.The interclass correlation coefficients of the new self-made arthorplasty postoperative satisfaction questionnaire of the THA and TKA patients were 0.972 and 0.983 respectively; the Cronbach′s αcoefficients were 0.872 and 0.944 respectively.The coefficients were statistically significant ( P<0.01) .Conclusion Comparing with the traditional questionnaires, the new self-made postoperative satisfaction questionnaire for arthorplasty is more simple.It is a reliable and valid measurement for the patients after THA and TKA.
