贫困是近代中国乡村的普遍状态，其根源与土地问题密切相关，解决民生的关键就在于土地问题。中央苏区建立以后，中共为解决乡村贫困及民生问题进行了土地改革，但在推行的过程中，重点解决了贫雇农阶层的土地问题，这是中共在当时革命的形势下所做出的必然的选择。
貧睏是近代中國鄉村的普遍狀態，其根源與土地問題密切相關，解決民生的關鍵就在于土地問題。中央囌區建立以後，中共為解決鄉村貧睏及民生問題進行瞭土地改革，但在推行的過程中，重點解決瞭貧僱農階層的土地問題，這是中共在噹時革命的形勢下所做齣的必然的選擇。
빈곤시근대중국향촌적보편상태，기근원여토지문제밀절상관，해결민생적관건취재우토지문제。중앙소구건립이후，중공위해결향촌빈곤급민생문제진행료토지개혁，단재추행적과정중，중점해결료빈고농계층적토지문제，저시중공재당시혁명적형세하소주출적필연적선택。
Poverty is the common state in modern China's countryside ,the reason of poverty was closely related to the land issue. The key to solve the issue of people's livelihood was to solve the problems of land. After the establishment of the Central Soviet, CPC carried out land reform to solve the problem of rural poverty and livelihood. However, in the implementation process, CPC focused on solving the land problem of poor peasants and peons which is the inevitable choice for CPC at the time of revolutionary situation.
