在动态测试中为了消除传感器谐振频率处振动产生的误差,针对传感器高阶系统的补偿问题提出一种改进RLS ( Recursive Least Squares)算法优化补偿滤波器。采用梯度下降法产生滤波器参数初值,再用RLS算法对参数进行修正。在MATLAB平台上对算法进行了仿真验证,分析了补偿前后传感器系统的时域响应和频域响应。对实际压电传感器CY-YD-205进行了补偿,工程实验表明采用改进RLS算法设计的补偿滤波器可以大大改善传感器系统的动态特性。

In order to eliminate the sensor’s dynamic error,a method that improved RLS(Recursive Least Squares) method is proposed. Gradient descent method is used to generate the initial value of the filter parameters,then the RLS algorithm is used to optimize the parameters. The algorithm is tested and verified on the MATLAB platform. The time-domain response and frequency domain response of the sensor are analyzed before and after compensation. The piezoelectric sensor CY_YD-205 is compensated. Engineering experiments show that the compensation filter designed by the improved recursive least squares algorithm can improve the dynamic characteristics of the sensor system.
