利用电光调Q脉冲Nd3+∶YAG固体激光器的532nm绿光作为抽运光源,以Ⅱ类相位匹配(θ=90°,φ=0°)、尺寸7mm×7mm×20mm的KTP晶体为参振晶体,构建了光参量振荡器实验系统.系统将入射抽运光振荡产生1215nm的参量光及946nm的信号光,结果显示:最高耦合输出为12.14mJ,抽运光能量与参量光能量的最高转换效率为10.82%.
利用電光調Q脈遲Nd3+∶YAG固體激光器的532nm綠光作為抽運光源,以Ⅱ類相位匹配(θ=90°,φ=0°)、呎吋7mm×7mm×20mm的KTP晶體為參振晶體,構建瞭光參量振盪器實驗繫統.繫統將入射抽運光振盪產生1215nm的參量光及946nm的信號光,結果顯示:最高耦閤輸齣為12.14mJ,抽運光能量與參量光能量的最高轉換效率為10.82%.

An optical parametric oscillator (OPO) pumped by an electro-optical Q-switched Nd3+ :YAG laser operating at 532 nm was constructed .The KTP-crystal size was 7 mm × 7 mm × 20 mm with type-Ⅱ phase matching (θ=90° ,φ=0°) .The OPO system converted the pump beam into the i-dler laser of 1 215 nm and the signal laser of 946 nm .The highest coupling output was 12 .14 mJ and the highest conversion efficiency was 10 .82% .
