目的：探讨节假日消化内科门诊患者的特点和有效的护理措施。方法通过分析节假日消化内科门诊患者的情况，存在危急重症患者较多，在职人员就诊人数较平时多的特点，采取了营造良好就诊氛围、及时评估处理危急重症患者、进行健康宣教、实施心理护理的措施。结果提高了患者满意度，保证了患者安全。结论针对节假日消化内科门诊患者的特点，制定相应护理措施，取得了满意效果。
