目的：观察足部按摩对开腹胆囊切除术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法：将60例开腹胆囊切除术后患者按随机顺序分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。观察组除术后常规护理外，于术后第1天行足部按摩，1次/d，连续3～5 d；对照组给予开腹胆囊切除术后常规护理。比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、腹胀及使用开塞露的比率。结果：观察组患者在术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、腹胀及使用开塞露比率方面均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用足部按摩能有效促进开腹胆囊切除术后胃肠功能的恢复，并可有效预防术后腹胀。
목적：관찰족부안마대개복담낭절제술후환자위장공능적영향。방법：장60례개복담낭절제술후환자안수궤순서분위관찰조여대조조，매조30례。관찰조제술후상규호리외，우술후제1천행족부안마，1차/d，련속3～5 d；대조조급여개복담낭절제술후상규호리。비교량조환자술후위장공능회복정황、복창급사용개새로적비솔。결과：관찰조환자재술후항문배기시간、장명음회복시간、배편시간、복창급사용개새로비솔방면균명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：채용족부안마능유효촉진개복담낭절제술후위장공능적회복，병가유효예방술후복창。
Objective To observe the effects of foot massage to the gastrointestinal function in patients who underwent open cholecystectomy. Methods 60 patients who underwent open cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30) and the control group(n=30). Patients in the observation group were given foot massage in addition to routine nursing.They were given foot massage once a day,which was last for 3~5 days.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Rate of recovery of gastrointestinal function,abdominal distension and use of glycerine enema were compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group in postoperative anal exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sound,defecation time,abdominal distension and use of oglycerine enema ratio were significantly lower than that in the control group.Comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foot massage can effectively promote the recovery of the gastrointestinal function after open cholecystectomy,and can effectively prevent postoperative abdominal distension.
