When farm products are pulverized by the ultra-fine pulverization, their surface areas and porosities increase significantly, and the dispersibility, solubility and functionality of products grow enormously. This article analyses the application and headway of ultra-fine pulverization used in farm products processing industry, including fruits, vegetables, cereals, oil, aquatic products, soft drinks and spices in a bid to provide reference for the application of this technique in farm products processing industry.
