The structure and variable control principle of a kind of horizontal five plunger variable emulsion pump were intro-duced. The finite element analysis (FEA)was made for the crankshaft which bearing the main loads,at the same time,the flow fluc-tuation was analyzed with simulation by using AMESim while variable pump working. The feasibility and practicability of this structure were analyzed mainly.
