根据作物专业的特点，以提高学生综合素质、强化实践动手能力为目标，增设暑期《水稻制种实训》课；对2009、2010级2届作物专业《水稻制种实训》实施效果进行调查分析。结果显示：《水稻制种实训》对培养学生热爱劳动、吃苦耐劳的品质，养成“亲农、事农、兴农”的职业精神和团队协作精神；巩固和加深对专业知识的学习；提高实践动手能力等取得了明显的效果；在加强兼职教师教学能力，引导学生树立正确的劳动观念，改革保障条件等方面还有待加强和完善。
근거작물전업적특점，이제고학생종합소질、강화실천동수능력위목표，증설서기《수도제충실훈》과；대2009、2010급2계작물전업《수도제충실훈》실시효과진행조사분석。결과현시：《수도제충실훈》대배양학생열애노동、흘고내로적품질，양성“친농、사농、흥농”적직업정신화단대협작정신；공고화가심대전업지식적학습；제고실천동수능력등취득료명현적효과；재가강겸직교사교학능력，인도학생수립정학적노동관념，개혁보장조건등방면환유대가강화완선。
In order to improve students’ multiple quality and strengthen students’ practical ability, rice seed production train-ing curriculum in summer was added one year according to the characteristics of planting specialty. The implementation effect of rice seed production training curriculum in 2009 and 2010 grade were investigated, and the results showed that rice seed production train-ing curriculum achieved obvious effect in cultivating the students' love of labor, hard quality, developing"pro-agricultural, agricultur-al, agriculture" the occupation spirit and team cooperation spirit, consolidating and deepening the study for professional knowledge and improving the practical ability etc. While strengthening part-time teachers’ teaching ability, guiding students to establish a cor-rect concept of labor, and reforming the security conditions need to be strengthened and improved.
