浅层地温能的开发如操作不当对地质环境会产生一定的负面影响:一是地下水位的下降甚至地面沉降;二是地下区域性水污染,包括不同层位地下水混抽混灌造成污染、化学污染;三是地下热污染和地温场的变化。浅层地温能开发利用的生态环境正效应体现在:可有效缓解我国温室气体减排的压力,减少对生态环境的污染,减少对自然资源及环境资源的消耗。不同的地源热泵系统所产生的环境负效应是不同的,要考虑到其差异性,对地下水源热泵采取一定的限制性和鼓励性措施,重视浅层地温能开发利用的地质环境监测工作,逐步建立浅层地温能地质环境监测网,以标准来限制浅层地温能开发中可能产生的环境负效应。

This paper points out that improper exploitation of shallow geothermal resource have negative effect on geological environment, such as the lowering of ground water table, and even land subsidence; ground water pollution including chemical pollution, the underground thermal pollution, and the change of ground temperature ifeld because of mixing pumping and iflling of different horizon of groundwater. The positive effects of development and utilization of shallow ground temperature on eco-environment include: effectively relieving the pressure of greenhouse gas emissions reduction; reducing the pollution to the ecological environment, and the consumption of natural resources and environment resources. On this basis, this paper points out that different ground source heat pump system produces different environment negative effects, so we must consider its difference. Certain restrictive and incentive measures must be adopted for ground water heat pumps. In addition we must pay more attention to the geo-environmental monitoring work for development and utilization of the shallow geothermal resources, establish geological environmental monitoring network so as to limit environmental negative effects in the development of shallow ground temperature.
