Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in the exhaust gas would pollute the ambient air, and VOCs should be treated using some pollution control technology such as condensation, absorption, adsorption, combustion, biological and plasma and so on. In order to select the appropriate treatment technology of waste gas, both the technical feasibility and the economic rationality should be taken into account. For instance, it should consider the adaptability to various purification methods, the nature of contaminant, the purification requirements combining with the specific circumstances such as the investment of purification equipment , operating costs and the recovery efficiency.
