为了提高梅山铁矿预选工艺中细粒级矿石选别效果,分析现有弱磁粗选-扫选工艺的生产技术指标,找出问题所在,即:给矿中大颗粒多、洗矿效果差、选别次数不足。针对存在的问题提出了增加一段强磁选、无孔筛板改为有孔筛板、提高洗矿效果等措施。改进后,铁回收率显著提高,铁精矿产出量年增加45000 t。

In order to improve the beneficiation effect of small granularity iron ore in the pre-concentraion technique at Meishan, the production status of low intensity magnetic separation roughing-scavenging process has been analyzed, and some shortages, such as the extensive big particles, the bad beneficiation and the insufficient grading time, have been pointed out. Based on the analysis, some measures for improving the process have been put forward including adding one stage of strong intensity magnetic separation and employing screen board with aperture to replace that no aperture. When all the proposals mentioned above are carried out, 45 000 tons iron concentrate have been recovered per year.
