通过对生活垃圾成分的分析,说明在焚烧过程中产生的HCl等酸性气体,是造成垃圾焚烧炉高温腐蚀的主要原因。对其燃烧工况及锅炉的金属受热面产生腐蚀的原因进行了分析,并提出了防止和减缓高温腐蚀的措施。认为,在垃圾焚烧炉过热器上涂耐腐蚀高温涂料和加装防磨罩可以防止或减缓腐蚀。

The primary component resulted in corrosion at high temperature in refuse incinerator is acid gas like HCl, which has been illustrated through the content analysis of municipal solid waste. Through the analysis of the reason resulted in metal corrosion of boiler at high temperature, it has put forward some measures to prevent and mitigate the corrosion, which include spreading on the resistant coatings at high temperature and adding the anti-abrasion covers.
