采用电絮凝法处理印染废水,验证了不同极板材料、废水pH值、电流密度、电解时间等因素对废水色度和CODCr去除效果的影响。实验结果表明,电絮凝法印染废水处理的最优工艺条件为:全铁极板、废水pH值10~11,电流密度200~250 A/m2,反应时间5~8 min。在此条件下色度去除率可达98%左右,CODCr去除率可达70%左右。

Dyeing wastewater was treated by electro-coagulation method. The effects of different electrode material, wastewater pH, current density and reaction time were investigated. The optimum conditions of the electro-coagulation are described as follows:Fe electrode is applied, pH of the wastewater is 10~11, current density is 200 A/m2 and reaction time is 5~8 min, the removal rate of colority and COD are about 98% and 70%, respectively.
