目的：探讨出院后延续护理干预对根治性宫颈癌患者生活质量的影响。方法入组68例患者均为2012年1月至2013年6月期间在我院放疗科完成根治性放疗的宫颈癌患者。所有患者出院时使用癌症患者生活质量测定量表（Q L Q-C30）评估生活质量作为基线。所有患者出院时随机分为对照组（34例）和试验组（34例）分别接受常规出院宣教和出院后延续护理干预。6个月后分别重新评估患者的生活质量并与基线数据对比分析。结果出院后6个月，对照组生活质量各项指标评分与基线比较无明显差别；试验组护理干预前后生活质量各项指标评分较基线有明显提高，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.01），提高幅度也明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论出院后延续性护理干预能有效提高宫颈癌放疗患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of continuous post-discharged nursing on quality of life in pa-tients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy .Methods Sity-eight cases of cervical cancer that had completed de-finitive radiotherapy and about to be discharged from January 2012 to June 2013 were included in this study .Qual-ity of life(QL) was evaluated for all patients using QLQ-C30 questionnaire as baseline .Then ,they were random-ized into control group and experimental group and received routine nursing and continuous post-discharged nurs-ing respectively .Another evaluation of QL was conducted 6 months later and was compared with their baseline . Results In control group ,there was no significant difference in QL scores 6 months after discharged compared with baseline ;Experimental group had significant higher QL scores compared with its baseline ( P <0 .05) ,the extension of QL scores increasing was also significantly higher than that of control group .Conclusion Continuous post-discharged nursing can improve the quality of life in patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy.
