目的通过积极材料和消极材料的呈现,了解大学生的自杀态度与应对方式的状况,并探讨其中的关系。方法将299名大学生随机分为积极组(n =104)、消极组(n =94)和对照组(n =101),分别阅读积极心理技巧的相关知识、大学生自杀的案例报道和不给予任何阅读材料,然后进行自杀态度和应对方式的测评。结果三组大学生自杀态度总体上呈现矛盾和中立的态度(2.79±0.35);三组在对自杀行为性质的认识态度(F=5.261,P =0.006)和对安乐死的态度(F =4.217,P =0.016)上差异有统计学意义,两两比较,积极组均低于消极组(P <0.05);三组在积极应对方式(F =1.07,P =0.345)和消极应对方式(F =1.86,P =0.158)上差异无统计学意义。结论呈现材料的性质会影响到大学生的自杀态度,高校应重视大学生的自杀心理,尤其是积极心理的引导和教育。

Objective To understand college students’attitude about suicide and coping style after presenting dif-ferent psychology materials,and explore the relationship between them.Methods A total of 299 college students were ran-domly divided into three groups,104 in positive psychology material group with positive psychology skills,94 in negative psychology material group with report of college students’suicide,and 101 in contrast group without materials.Their coping style and suicide attitude were accessed.Results The general attitude of the three group college students were contradiction and neutral (2.79 ±0.35).Positive group and negative group showed significantly difference between the attitude of suicide behavior (F =5.261,P =0.006)and euthanasia (F =4.217,P =0.016),and the scores in positive group were lower than that in negative group (P <0.05).However,the differences in positive (F =1.07,P =0.345)and negative coping styles (F =1.86,P =0.158)were not found statistical significance among the three groups.Conclusion Different mate-rials had different effects on the attitude of college students about suicide.Therefore,it is suggested that college students’ suicide psychology should be paid attention,especially positive psychological guidance and education.
