目的：探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床疗效以及影响因素。方法回顾性分析了2009年1月---2013年5月我院耳鼻咽喉科收治的96例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床资料，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗，对照组给予传统手术治疗，比较两组治疗疗效及影响因素。结果观察组48例中治疗总有效率为93．75％，对照组为77．08％，观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。影响因素主要有慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床分期、上颌窦口开放大小、是否伴有鼻息、术后护理等。结论鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床疗效确切，具有组织损伤小、保存鼻腔、窦腔生理功能，术后复发率低等优点，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토비내규경수술치료만성비-비두염림상료효이급영향인소。방법회고성분석료2009년1월---2013년5월아원이비인후과수치적96례만성비-비두염환자적림상자료，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조채용비내규경수술치료，대조조급여전통수술치료，비교량조치료료효급영향인소。결과관찰조48례중치료총유효솔위93．75％，대조조위77．08％，관찰조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。영향인소주요유만성비-비두염림상분기、상합두구개방대소、시부반유비식、술후호리등。결론비내규경수술치료만성비-비두염림상료효학절，구유조직손상소、보존비강、두강생리공능，술후복발솔저등우점，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the factors of nasal endoscopic operation for treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis and clinical effect .Methods a retrospective a-nalysis of 2010 January to 2012 June in our hospital ENT treated 96 cases of chronic sinusitis in patients with clinical data ,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group uses the mirror operation treatment of nasal endoscope operation ,control group was given traditional treatment,com-pared two groups of treatment effect and the factors of influence.Results observation group 48 cases in the treatment the total effective rate was 93.75%,control group was 77.08%,total effective treatment observation group was obviously higher than that of control group ,two groups compare difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05).Were the main influencing factors of chronic nasal sinusitis clinical staging,maxillary sinus mouth opening size,whether accompanied by gasp,postoperative nurs-ing,etc.Conclusion nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis clinical curative effect ,with a small tissue damage,save the nasal and sinus cavity physiological function,low postoperative recurrence rate,worthy of clinical promotion.
