大学生的就业问题备受社会各界关注，其就业难的直接原因在于大学生的职业化程度低，职业胜任力缺乏。依靠高校开设大学生就业指导课程和市场培训机构开设短期的求职技能训练班依然难以解决问题。鉴于各自存在的短板，各高校与市场培训机构可在双赢的基础上开展深入合作，开设“大学生职业化训练营”，提升大学生职业化素养和职业化能力，有效实现高校资源与市场资源的互补与对接，真正帮助大学生解决就业问题。

The employment of college students is greatly concerned by the whole society, and the direct reason for the difficult employment of college students lies in the low degree on profession and a lack of working competence. It is still dififcult to solve these problems only relying on opening an employment-oriented course in colleges and setting up short-term job skill training by market-training institutions. In view of these defects, universities and market-training institutions should conduct an in-depth cooperation on a win-win basis by means of setting up"college students' career training camp"to improve college students' professional attainment and working competence. In the way of combining academic resources with market resources, it is necessary and feasible to open a college students’ career training camp in order to help students solve the problem of employment.
