目的：探索临床心肌炎患者的中医分型，以及中医辨证治疗情况。方法：对209例心肌炎患者进行中医辨证分型，并依据其辨证分型结果将其分为邪气侵袭（79例）、气阴两虚（64例）和心气虚弱（66例）3组，以中医辨证论治为指导依据，给予炙甘草汤加减治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后临床疗效，并检测心肌酶等相关指标。结果：经对症治疗，3组患者均有较好疗效；其中邪气侵袭组临床有效率高于其他2组，但组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。血清心肌酶谱检查结果显示：3组患者治疗前、后CK、CKMB和LDH检测值比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；其中邪气侵袭组CK、CKMB和LDH检测值与其他2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：炙甘草汤加减治疗心肌炎有较好疗效，能有效改善患者血清心肌酶谱中CK、CKMB和LDH检测值，对临床该类疾病的中医症候分析与治疗起到很好的指导和借鉴意义。
목적：탐색림상심기염환자적중의분형，이급중의변증치료정황。방법：대209례심기염환자진행중의변증분형，병의거기변증분형결과장기분위사기침습（79례）、기음량허（64례）화심기허약（66례）3조，이중의변증론치위지도의거，급여자감초탕가감치료。비교3조환자치료전후림상료효，병검측심기매등상관지표。결과：경대증치료，3조환자균유교호료효；기중사기침습조림상유효솔고우기타2조，단조간차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。혈청심기매보검사결과현시：3조환자치료전、후CK、CKMB화LDH검측치비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；기중사기침습조CK、CKMB화LDH검측치여기타2조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：자감초탕가감치료심기염유교호료효，능유효개선환자혈청심기매보중CK、CKMB화LDH검측치，대림상해류질병적중의증후분석여치료기도흔호적지도화차감의의。
Objective:To explore TCM typing and TCM treatment of patients with myocarditis .Methods:A total of 209 cases of myo-carditis patients were diagnosis as “Xie qi qin xi”,“Qi yin liang xu”, and“Xin qi xu ruo” by TCM syndrome type.The number cases of the three groups were respectively 79, 64 and 66.Zhigancao decoction were given for treatment according to certain Chinese medicine syndrome.Clinical efficacy between the three groups was compared before and after treatment .Results: After symptomatic treatment, three groups of patients received better effects .The efficacy of “Xie qi qin xi” was higher than the other two groups , but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Test results of the serum myocardial enzymes showed that the CK , CKMB and LDH all im-proved after treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The “Xie qi qin xi” group had a better result than the other two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhigancao decoction has a good effect on the patients with clinical myocarditis .It could ef-fectively improve CK, CKMB and LDH of patients.It can be a very good guide and reference value on TCM symptoms and treatment of myocarditis.
