针对脑神经外科手术中的手术刀模型进行了研究，基于VTK平台，对手术刀进行三维动态显示，利用C＃语言完成所有代码的编写。该方法实现的动态三维重建显示功能强大、使用灵活，具有步骤清晰简单、效果好、速度快等优点，可以广泛应用于脑神经手术导航系统的三维重建中，对脑神经外科导航系统的开发具有重要意义。

This article studies the model of neurosurgery surgical navigation scalpel based on VTK ,making 3D dynamic display of scalpel ,and completing w ritten of all code using C # language .3D reconstruction dynamic display using this way ,is powerful ,using easily ,having the advantages :steps are clear and simple ,work well ,fast and so on ;it can be widely used in the 3D reconstruction of Neurosurgery surgical navigation system ,and it has significance in the develop-ment of neurosurgery surgical navigation system .
