面对电力电子技术的广泛应用和快速发展,进行实验教学改革和构建电力电子技术实践创新平台。介绍实践创新平台人才培养体系以及以CDIO/V模式的人才培养实施过程。所建具有自主知识产权的实践创新平台,具有多层次、数字化、可二次开发的技术特点,可以满足优秀本科生实验创新项目、研究生人才培养和教师科研项目实施的要求,成效显著。
麵對電力電子技術的廣汎應用和快速髮展,進行實驗教學改革和構建電力電子技術實踐創新平檯。介紹實踐創新平檯人纔培養體繫以及以CDIO/V模式的人纔培養實施過程。所建具有自主知識產權的實踐創新平檯,具有多層次、數字化、可二次開髮的技術特點,可以滿足優秀本科生實驗創新項目、研究生人纔培養和教師科研項目實施的要求,成效顯著。

This paper introduces the experiment teaching reform and implementation of practice innovation platform for power electronics technology with a wide range of applications and the rapid development of power electronics technology . The introduction content consists of personnel training system and implementation process with CDIO/V-cycle for practice innovation platform . The practice innovation platform with independent intellectual property rights has the technical characteristics of multi-level ,digital and extended development .The platform is used for the outstanding undergraduates ’ experiment innovative projects , graduates’ personnel training ,and teachers’ research projects ,and the satisfactory effect is obtained .
