实验教学示范中心建设对实施高校质量工程的建设、大学生实践创新能力的培养、促进高校优质资源的整合和推动实验教学改革具有重要的意义。地方高校实验教学示范中心建设既要注重仪器设备的购置、资源的合理配置等硬件建设，又要注意高质量的实验教学、高水平的师资队伍、高效化的管理体制等软件建设，在建设过程中要坚持高起点规划、高质量建设、特色性品牌和高效益辐射等基本要求。

Experimental teaching demonstration center is set up to carry out the quality engineering program in colleges and universities .It is of great significance to develop college students’ innovative ability ,to promote the integration of high quality resources of colleges and to push forward the reform of experimental teaching . This center should pay much attention to the construction ,including not only the purchase of instruments &equipment ,the rational dispose of resources and other hardware constructions , but also the high quality experimental teaching ,high-qualified teaching staff ,high-efficient management system and other software constructions .In the course of construction ,the basic requirements of high starting point of planning ,high quality building ,special features and high profitable radiation must be satisfied .
