针对当前市售汽油机的供油时刻、供油量、点火提前角等参数无法调整、不利于实践教学的问题,开发了一款实验用汽油发动机燃油喷射、点火系统。该系统基于单缸汽油机设计,以飞思卡尔8位单片机MC9S08DZ60为主芯片,完成了相应传感器信号的处理电路,开发了相应的燃油喷射及点火系统的硬件电路系统,并且完成了相应的上位机交互界面的开发。实验表明,该系统可以实现喷油量、喷油时刻及点火时刻等参数的调整,对学生掌握汽油机电控系统的组成和功能起到积极作用。
針對噹前市售汽油機的供油時刻、供油量、點火提前角等參數無法調整、不利于實踐教學的問題,開髮瞭一款實驗用汽油髮動機燃油噴射、點火繫統。該繫統基于單缸汽油機設計,以飛思卡爾8位單片機MC9S08DZ60為主芯片,完成瞭相應傳感器信號的處理電路,開髮瞭相應的燃油噴射及點火繫統的硬件電路繫統,併且完成瞭相應的上位機交互界麵的開髮。實驗錶明,該繫統可以實現噴油量、噴油時刻及點火時刻等參數的調整,對學生掌握汽油機電控繫統的組成和功能起到積極作用。
침대당전시수기유궤적공유시각、공유량、점화제전각등삼수무법조정、불리우실천교학적문제,개발료일관실험용기유발동궤연유분사、점화계통。해계통기우단항기유궤설계,이비사잡이8위단편궤MC9S08DZ60위주심편,완성료상응전감기신호적처리전로,개발료상응적연유분사급점화계통적경건전로계통,병차완성료상응적상위궤교호계면적개발。실험표명,해계통가이실현분유량、분유시각급점화시각등삼수적조정,대학생장악기유궤전공계통적조성화공능기도적겁작용。
Today the injected fuel , injection timing and ignition advance angle can not be adjusted for commercially available gasoline ,which is not suitable for practice teaching ,so a fuel injection and ignition system is developed for experiment gasoline engines . The system is based on Freescale 8 bit single chip MC9S08DZ60 for a single-cylinder gasoline engine and the process circuit for sensors ,a fuel injection and ignition system is developed based on it .Then the interface for users also is developed based on VC + +platform . The experiments show that the system can achieve the injection timing and ignition timing adjustment and it plays an active role for the students to master the composition and function of the electrical fuel control system (EFI) .
