为了快速、方便地筛选耐UV（紫外线）辐射微生物，设计了一种基于96孔板的耐UV辐射微生物高通量筛选模型。对各影响因素进行了分析，确定以0．02 mol/L、pH 7．2的磷酸缓冲液配制菌液浓度至0．5 OD600，加样67μL ，在15 W 紫外灯下距离30 cm进行辐射，可达到传统方法相同的效果。经实验验证表明，该模型方便可行，为高效大批量的耐UV辐射微生物的筛选提供了可能。

A high-throughput model using 96-well microtiter plates was established to screen ultraviolet (UV) radiation resistant microorganisms rapidly and conveniently .The effect of condition factors on the model was analyzed and determined as follows :cell was washed and suspended with 0 .02 mol /L phosphate buffer (pH 7 .2) ,and the concentration was adjusted to 0 .5 OD600 .Then ,67μL of cell suspension was transferred into 96-well microtiter plates and was exposed to UV light at a distance of 30 cm under 15W UV lamp for the required dose .The experimental validation shows that the same result was obtained as traditional UV irradiation method .Therefore ,it is very feasible and useful to screen the UV radiation resistant microorganisms .
