通过现场采样和室内试验,对上海市生活垃圾分类后干垃圾、湿垃圾的物理组成、含水率、容重、发热量、元素以及生化指标等理化特性进行了分析研究,并在此基础上探讨了分类垃圾的处置方式。结果表明:分类干垃圾有机物减少30%,而潜在可回收废物、易燃物均提高约75%,含水率、容重显著降低,而热值(湿基低位发热量)6881~7279 kJ/kg。适合作焚烧处置,利于处置效果的实现;分类湿垃圾有机物比重80%,含水率为72%,容重达304 kg/m3,热值(湿基低位发热量)低于2500 kJ/kg ,有机质、蛋白质、粗脂肪的含量占其干物质比例,分别为75%、14%、7%,是生化堆肥的良好材料。

This article studies the physical and chemical characteristics of the sorting waste (dry and wet waste)in Shanghai based on field sampling and laboratory testing ,and monitors the indexes including physical composition , moisture ,unit weight , calorific value , elements and biochemical indexes . And then it proposes some relevant treatment measures .The results show that ,for dry sorting waste ,the organic matter decreases by 30% ,while potentially recyclable waste and combustible materials increase about 75% , moisture and unit weight decrease significantly ,and the calorific value (wet low calorific value) is between 6881~7279 kJ/kg ,which is suitable for incineration disposal ;for wet sorting waste ,organic matter is 80% ,moisture is 72% ,unit weight is 304 kg/m3 , calorific value is lower than 2500 kJ/kg ,organic matter ,protein and fat content are respectively 75% ,14% and 7%of dry material proportion ,which is proved to be a good material for biochemical compost .
