结合化工专业本科有机合成实验教学,设计了以负载型WO3/Al2 O3为催化剂的乙酸乙酯合成综合实验,在实验中采用气相色谱检测乙酸乙酯的产率,考察了钨的负载量对反应的影响,克服了浓硫酸为催化剂对设备腐蚀严重、产生大量废酸,尤其是催化剂和产物分离等问题。
結閤化工專業本科有機閤成實驗教學,設計瞭以負載型WO3/Al2 O3為催化劑的乙痠乙酯閤成綜閤實驗,在實驗中採用氣相色譜檢測乙痠乙酯的產率,攷察瞭鎢的負載量對反應的影響,剋服瞭濃硫痠為催化劑對設備腐蝕嚴重、產生大量廢痠,尤其是催化劑和產物分離等問題。

Combining the experiment in organic chemistry ,the preparation of WO3/Al2 O3 and its catalytic application in synthesis ethyl acetate were designed for chemistry and chemical engineering major students . The GC was used in characterizing the yield of ethyl acetate ,and the influence of loading of W on the reaction was also discussed .The catalyst WO3/Al2 O3 hurdles the reason of seriously corrosivity ,a mass of waste acid , and separation of catalysts and production .
