以喀斯特典型地区贵阳花溪景区的花溪河段的水体为研究对象,对水生生态系统中不同介质(水、底泥、水生生物)的重金属汞的分布和富集情况进行了调查研究。结果发现:花溪水库到平桥河段水体总汞含量低于0.05μg/L ,达到Ⅰ类水标准。位于城镇居民区附近的牛角岛河段受到污染,汞含量处于Ⅲ类-Ⅳ类水之间,含量超标。经过湿地后,董家堰和中曹司段汞含量出现下降趋势,湿地生态功能显现。该结果为花溪河水质的改善提供基础性的科学依据,对更好地保护花溪河、发挥湿地的生态保护功能有重要的现实意义。

This article investigates the distribution and enrichment condition of mercury in different media (such as water ,bed mud ,aquatic organism ) of the water ecosystem of Huaxi River in Guiyang Huaxi scenic zone which belongs to typical karst area . The results show that the total mercury content in the water reach from Huaxi reservoir to Pingqiao is less than 0 .05ug/L ,and achieves classⅠwater standards .And Niujiao Island reach has been polluted seriously ,belonging to classⅢ - Ⅳ water standards ,and the mercury content is out of limit .Through the wetlands ,the mercury content in the water reach from Dongjiayan and Zhongcaosi decline , which proves the ecological functions of wetlands .Therefore ,this research provides the scientific basis for the improvement of water quality of Huaxi River ,and also has important practical significance to protect Huaxi River better and develop the ecological protection functions of wetlands .
