探讨临床教研室如何开展集体备课。认为医学院校临床教研室的特点是学科细化、人员分散、临床工作任务繁重、教师非专职性及教学团队不固定等，应开展集体备课，以帮助临床医师掌握教学技巧，提高教学水平；教研室主任应发挥教学骨干作用，利用医疗查房、病例讨论、新开课老师试讲等机会进行集体备课等，真正起到集体备课的作用。
